Hold my spot

These terms cover waitlist holds and the service we intend to open in Leesville. They are an honest stub until counsel publishes a final version.

Holding a spot

An email hold reserves priority interest for opening. It is free. It is not a paid subscription and does not authorize a charge.

When booking opens

We will email the waitlist when pickups open in Leesville. Card authorization happens only when you book. Prices shown on the site ($3.75/lb, 15 lb minimum) are the current published rates and are locked at pickup when weighed in front of you.

Lost or damaged garments

If a garment is lost or damaged while in our custody, we will address it under a capped replacement value disclosed at booking. We will publish the exact cap before first pickup. Until that number is published, no specific dollar cap is claimed here.

Service area

Off-installation service. Leesville opens first, then New Llano, Rosepine, and the Fort Polk area (also called Fort Johnson). If the honest option is a handoff near the gate, we say so.
