What happens at pickup?
Your curator weighs the bag in front of you. You accept the price, and the bag is closed with a serialized tamper-evident seal and a QR passport before it leaves your hands.
Is my laundry washed with anyone else's?
Quality check on every order. A rule, not a best effort. Every bag is sealed before the trip home.
What do I get back?
Folded to a standard. The porch moment is the point. Open the bag and judge it yourself.
Is there a record of what happened to my bag?
Valor is how the bag is treated — a QR passport, a serialized tamper seal, a scan at every handoff. The receipt that comes home is the proof. We do not promise a live account view until that product exists.
The price
What does it cost?
One price, locked at pickup. Weighed in front of you. Accepted by you. That is the bill. Sales tax as its own line, exact, inside the authorized total.
Is there a minimum?
15 lb minimum · $56.25 · locked at pickup. If the bag is lighter, you still pay the minimum.
Why isn't this a dollar a pound?
Because the price is locked in front of you before the bag leaves, and your clothes do not ride with a stranger's. Cheap is someone else's clothes in your load.
Where does a tip go?
Tips optional, after delivery, 100% to the curator. The platform never takes a cut.

Do you serve the installation?
Off-installation service around Fort Polk and Leesville. If the honest option is a handoff near the gate, we say so. We do not print a boundary we have not closed.
When do pickups open?
Leesville is where pickups open first. We write when pickups open in Leesville.
Why hold a spot?
The first curators cannot take everyone. Demand will outrun the people we trust with a bag. An email holds your place for the opening.
